SAL Management Group is a local company, that has been operating Ridgeview Gardens Assisted Living for years. We are constantly looking for way to improve our services to residents. Our focus has always been centered around giving exceptional care and services at an affordable rate. As a locally-based organization, we understand how important it is to create a home environment that feels local. One that embodies the warmth and familiarity of the places our residents have called home throughout their lives.

Our SUPER Caregivers are committed to:

  • Treat residents as if they were our own parents.
  • Provide exceptional care and service, striving for “WOW” care.

  • Require extensive FBI and state background checks.
  • Maintain certifications in: First Aid, CPR, & Food handling

  • Require a State of Utah Certified Caregiver Certificate.
  • Ensure caregivers are drug-free with regular testing.
  • Caregivers undergo extensive training in medication, illness, incidents, abuse, and resident support.
  • Receive specialized training through the Alzheimer’s Association EssentiALZ program for high-quality dementia care.
  • Participate in shadowing and continuous learning opportunities.
  • Learn to uphold resident rights and provide individualized care.
